We're a small, local enterprise serving County Durham communities from the Pennines to the Heritage Coast and everywhere in between. We deliver at a time that suits you, on a day of your choice.

We are based in the village of Hunwick, near Bishop Auckland and deliver to all residential addresses in County Durham for FREE, provided your order comes to a minimum of £75. The £5 Delivery Deposit will be deducted from the amount you pay upon delivery of your items.

If your order total comes to less than £75, provided you spend a minimum of £35, we will deliver your order for the small fee of £5 which you will pay to secure your order and delivery. 

​

If you wish to spend less than £35, we will deliver your order for £5 within a 10 mile radius of Hunwick and if you live in the village itself, we will deliver any item, or items to you for FREE. Whatever you spend!

You must be at home to receive your delivery as payment is taken via cash or card at the same time. If you are not at home when we call, you will lose your Delivery Deposit and will need to re-order via the website.

We do not use parcel delivery services or Royal Mail and you cannot collect your order in person.

All sales are final as we check all items prior to delivery to ensure full working order. However, we will accept the return of faulty items in their original condition and packaging sent back to us via Royal Mail at the customer's expense. Upon receipt we will determine whether a refund, via your original payment method, is justified.
