Ordering is easy!​ Here's your simple, step by step guide:

Unlike most retailers, we take no money when you place your order! So there's no "cart" and no "checkout" procedure to bother with either!

Firstly, remember: this is a County Durham business and delivers in person, only to residential addresses within the county subject to the conditions laid out clearly on our Delivery page, which you should read before ordering.​

Once you've done that, pop back here to complete the Order Form. Be sure to have your list of chosen Order Numbers to hand! If you're not sure, simply return to the Browse section, find the products you'd like to order and note them down.

When placing your order, follow the prompt which will disappear once you begin to type. Double check your Order Number(s), Design/Colour choices (if applicable) and Quantities before hitting 'Submit'.

We'll double check these with you in our email confirmation, so don't worry!

Check your inbox for a Confirmation Email which will arrive within 24 hours. Check your spam/junk folder, just in case it ends up there!

 

We'll then ask you exactly when you'd like your order delivered at a time that suits you. Only then will you pay a £5 deposit via the Sum Up Credit/Debit Card link we'll send you.

If you qualify for Free Delivery, this will be deducted from your balance which is payable on delivery via cash or card.
